The 1st IT Forum Siberia will be held in Omsk from June 27-28 2013. The event is sponsored by the Government of the Omsk region and supported by a number of major international vendors such as IBM, Microsoft and Cisco Systems, among others. 1st IT Forum Siberia will bring together existing Russian IT clusters, as well as the heads of leading IT companies.

Speeches by Valentin Makarov, President of Russoft; Irina Travina, CEO of SibAcademSoft; Andrei Terekhov, General Director of Lanit-Tercom; and Paul Khilov, head of the e-Government Expert Center are planned for the event.

The forum will be attended by representatives of the regional authorities, the top management of large companies in the region and representatives of unions and business associations from Omsk and the Siberian Federal District.

The event will feature lectures, master classes, presentations of IT projects and solutions, and a strategic session on sectorial compliance when working with government clients.
