2012 APKIT IT SUMMITAPKIT will hold its annual conference at the Grand Hotel Europe in St. Petersburg from April 4-6.

Conference participants will assess the current position of the industry, discuss the effect the coming Russian election might have on business, talk about new economic and legal realities (WTO accession, tax issues, government programs, the FCC, etc.), formulate a strategy for the development of the IT industry, and help foster the conditions that will positively impact the future growth of IT business in Russia.

The audience for IT SUMMIT includes the owners and chief executives of major Russian and foreign IT companies, the directors of market infrastructure institutions (publishing houses, advisory services) and government agencies whose activity has an impact on the IT sector. The conference provides an opportunity for business leaders to network and discuss topical issues with colleagues and partners.

The format will incorporate informative business programs, combined plenary presentations and roundtable discussions with a tentative list of topics to include:
