PMIThe Moscow chapter of PMI is organizing the 4th International “New Competencies in IT Project Management” Forum which will be held on November 22, 2013 at the Japan House business center in Moscow, at 15 Savvinskaya embankment.

  • Mazin Abusin has 20 years experience in both public and private sectors specializing in establishing and operating project management support structure along with related areas such as change management, strategic management, organizational development, information management and communication. He is currently a National Advisor of Project Management in the public sector. He has worked on projects including establishing the largest LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) export terminal in the world at the Ras Laffan industrial City with Qatar Petroleum; implementing a two-year strategy for the Abu Dhabi Department of Transport by providing them with a project management support structure; building internal competencies for implementing the e-government programmed for the governments of Sudan, UAE and Canada.
  • Doug DeCarlo is recognized as one of the leading thinkers actively re-shaping how work gets done in today’s business climate – conditions that feature high speed, high change, high complexity, high stress and high insanity. Doug is the author of the landmark book, “eXtreme Project Management®: Using Leadership, Principles and Tools to Deliver Value in the Face of Volatility.”
