Michael Gromov has been in Russian IT industry since 1994. He is currently Head of Point of Production Russia at T-Systems—one of the world’s largest ICT providers, member of Deutsche Telekom. Being a strategic part of T-Systems International Delivery Network, the Point of Production provides application development and application management services to a large customer base including key accounts such as DT AG, Daimler, Deutsche Post with the main focus on telecom, automotive and transport & logistics industries.
Before joining T-Systems Michael led a branch office of Luxoft in St.Petersburg and prior to that was in charge of Ru-Soft—a software development company, member of UK-based Sapphire Group. At the beginning of his career path Michael went through a range of managerial positions with Astrosoft, after which headed a large software re-engineering division at Lanit-Tercom.
Michael is a graduate of St.-Petersburg State Technical University and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science.
